Our antipasto range is made by hand using traditional recipes and methods dating back four generations.

It all started back in Santa Caterina Ionio, Calabria, Italy and we are still passionately carrying out this family tradition here in Australia.

Our love for quality, dedication, the magic of traditional cooking and fresh ingredients combine to create our delights like no other.

We proudly use fresh Australian vegetables and then after processing them, whether they are roasted or char grilled we preserve them in a very special marinade of Australian cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, Australian canola oil, fresh herbs and spices.

The ingredients are fresh and simple but the preparation is not.

Our olives and preserved vegetables take many months to develop their delicous flavour naturally.

We add NO preservatives, NO additives and NO colourings to any of our  products.
